Jan Du Plain to Receive Torch Bearer Award from Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run
The Peace Run initiative, founded by Sri Chinmoy in 1987, has been a symbol of unity and goodwill, passing a torch representing peace through over 160 countries for more than three decades. The Torch Bearer Award, previously granted to prominent personalities such as Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Billie Jean King, and Carl Lewis, among others, acknowledges individuals whose actions have deeply impacted humanity.
